We are looking for you!

Do you thrive on building and maintaining relationships with both local and global supply chain partners? Are you motivated by securing attractive commercial terms and driving positive business outcomes? Great news — you’re in the right place!

The bicycle industry is booming. With cutting-edge technology, international growth, and bicycles as a sustainable and healthy mode of transport, there’s never been a more exciting time to be part of the ride.

As a Category Buyer (m/f/d), you’ll join Pon.Bike’s dynamic and ambitious Global Procurement Team, where you’ll assume commercial responsibility for our Paint, Decals, Manuals, and Hardware category strategies. Your role will be crucial in supporting Pon.Bike’s growth trajectory. You'll oversee ongoing projects, manage internal and external stakeholders, and work closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll also take ownership of commercial contracts and lead tendering and (re)negotiation of supply agreements.

You’ll work in a modern, international environment with an open and collaborative culture. If your heart beats faster at the sight of a bike, you’ll feel right at home. We live and breathe bikes — and we can’t wait to welcome you to the Pon.Bike family.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s (BSc) degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field with a strong affinity for data and analysis
  • Process-oriented, assertive, and entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communicator in English; German or Dutch is a plus
  • Analytical and organized with strong business acumen
  • Proactive and able to anticipate challenges, prioritize tasks, and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Solid understanding of bicycle industry

What we offer

  • A new, state-of-the-art production facility with modern workspace
  • A long-term role in one of Europe’s most advanced bicycle factories
