As Technical Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) Partner Support for the UK market, you are the contact person for our international partners and support them in all matters. You’ll have the right answer to all inquiries regarding technical problems, service cases, warranty, payment, delivery or tracking. Customer experience is not just a marketing buzzword for you, but you are always committed to our partners with the aim of finding a quick, simple and individual solution

You can do this job remote and in our offices in Stuttgart and Emstek.

  • First point of contact for enquiries from our UK partners and solving their problems in the best possible way
  • Advising on all issues related to technical questions, service cases, warranty, payment, delivery or tracking 
  • Advising our partners on complicated service cases
  • Creating solutions for our partners in close cooperation with our workshop and preparing training material for your colleagues and our partners
  • Supporting your team in the implementation and optimisation of all processes within the Customer Care department
  • Passion for bicycles and enthusiasm for cycling
  • Proficient in using a PC and the standard office programmes and the willingness to develop further in this area
  • Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential
  • Enthusiastic for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, willingness to learn and be challenged
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a customer oriented attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of English at native level, good command of written and spoken German
